Активні форми кисню і стресовий сигналінг у рослин

В огляді узагальнено дані щодо основних процесів і компартментів, які беруть участь в утворенні активних форм кисню (АФК) у рослинних клітинах. Охарактеризовано особливості будови і регуляції NADPH-оксидази як одного з основних ензиматичних продуцентів АФК. Як можливі сенсори редокс-сигналів у рослинних клітинах розглянуто двокомпонентні гістидинкінази, АФК-чутливі транскрипт-фактори, АФК-чутливі протеїнкінази і редоксрегульовані іонні канали. Обговорено взаємодію між АФК та іншими сигнальними посередниками, особливо оксидом азоту та іонами кальцію. Проаналізовано роль АФК як сигнальних посередників у розвитку стійкості рослин до гіпертермії, осмотичного шоку й інших абіотичних стресорів.
