Біохімічні маркери метаболізму колагену І типу кісткової тканини

В огляді проведено аналіз діагностичного значення основних маркерів ремоделювання кісткової тканини, зокрема, синтезу та деградації колагену I типу, до яких належать карбокси- та амінотермінальні телопептиди, карбокси- та амінотермінальні пропептиди проколагену I типу, гідроксипролін, гідроксилізин, піридинолін та дезоксипіридинолін. Їх визначення дозволяє оцінити структурно-функціональний стан та швидкість обмінних процесів у кістковій тканині. Розглянуто переваги та недоліки методів визначення цих маркерів за різних кісткових захворювань. Показано, що визначення маркерів метаболізму колагену I типу кісткової тканини є найінформативнішим для оцінки кісткової резорбції, формування та ремоделювання.
