Протеоміка бобово-ризобіального симбіозу: досягнення та перспективи

Огляд присвячено аналізу й узагальненню результатів протеомних досліджень бобово-ризобіального симбіозу. Обговорюються методичні складнощі, пов’язані з виділенням протеїнових екстрактів симбіотичних структур, та шляхи їх подолання. Висвітлено основні зміни процесів біосинтезу протеїнів за формування та функціонування симбіотичних утворень. Певну увагу приділено значенню протеомних досліджень рослинно-мікробних утворень, ролі макромолекул протеїнів у формуванні адаптаційних стратегій за несприятливих умов навколишнього середовища. Проаналізовано стратегічні та концептуальні перспективи протеоміки бобово-ризобіального симбіозу.
