Імуносупресія під час вагітності і ризики за вірусних інфекцій

Стаття присвячена дослідженням меха­нізмів сполученої імуносупресії у вагітних жінок із грипозною інфекцією для розробки заходів керування цими процесами і зниження смертності від цієї інфекції. У зв’язку з цим автор в огляді зупиняється на питаннях: яким чином забезпечується імунна перевага плода і розвиток толерантності; які механізми є основою функціональної імуносупресії під час вагітності; чому інфекції становлять особливу небезпеку для вагітних жінок; чи існує код контролю імунної системи і чи користуються цим кодом віруси?
Розглядається також проблема впливу ендогенних вірусів, вбудованих в геном людини більше 25 млн. років тому, на значне число ризиків розвитку різних видів патології людини: від безпліддя – до хвороб вагітності; від розвитку злоякісних новоутворень – до системної патології та автоімунних процесів.
