Депонування мікроелементів і вміст металотіонеїнів у щитоподібній залозі людини за йододефіцитного еутиреоїдного вузлового зоба

Досліджено депонування йоду та міді в тканинах щитоподібної залози (у вузлі, паранодулярній та контрлатеральній частках) у взаємозв’язку з рівнем металодепонувальних протеїнів, потенційних антиоксидантів та прооксидантних змін у тканинах. Для оцінки важкості перебігу патологічного процесу були застосовані молекулярні маркери цитотоксичності. Встановлено, що у паранодулярній тканині та вузлі порівняно із тканиною контрлатеральної частки залози вміст загального йоду менший на 19,5%, неорганічного йоду вищий на 82,4% та загальний вміст міді вищий у 2 рази. Надлишок міді в зобнозміненій тканині частково депонується в металотіонеїнах. У частці залози, ураженій вузлом, відзначено підвищення у два–три рази (порівняно з контрлатеральною часткою) рівня металотіонеїнів і вільних тіолів та зменшення вмісту відновленого глутатіону. Ознаки цитотоксичності виявлялися в підвищенні рівня вільної активноті катепсину Д (на 84,6 та 134,4% у паранодулярній тканині та вузлі відповідно) і в збільшенні кількості розривів ДНК у вузлі (на 22,6%). У паранодулярній тканині діапазон варіабельності показників у порівнянні з паренхімою контрлатеральної частки був менший, ніж у вузлі. Відтак, за низького рівня органіфікації йоду та високого вмісту міді у зобнозміненій тканині щитоподібної залози, металотіонеїни можуть забезпечувати частковий компенсаторний вплив на прооксидантні процеси.
